Introducing Lark's first distillery-exclusive dram
Sourced from a single-cask hand-selected for its depth of character and rich flavour expression, Lark's newest limited-edition – Pontville Exclusive – is exclusively available from its namesake site and will never again be repeated.
The one-off whisky concept celebrates the history of its Pontville Distillery, which has recently received an upgrade, while toasting to the future of the business.
Head Distiller Chris Thomson described it as the "very best" single cask from the site.
“We’re thrilled to reward the whisky pilgrims who make the short journey from Hobart out to our Pontville Distillery with what I believe is the very best single-cask whisky from our Pontville-made whisky stocks," he said. "Aged in a bespoke small-scale Bourbon cask and finished in Seppeltsfield Pedro Ximenez, the Pontville Exclusive is an exceptional and unique piece of LARK history for whisky aficionados and collectors.”
It is a true one-of-a-kind release, selected for its rich layers of apricot, berry preserve, espresso and candied fig.
The launch comes as Lark adds to an outstanding year of recognition across two of the world’s most respected spirits competitions, including taking home nine medals and six Golds at the World Whisky Masters 2026, along with 13 medals and four Golds at the 2026 Australian International Spirits Awards.
The Pontville Exclusive is now available to sample and purchase exclusively at Lark Distillery, Pontville while stocks last.
